Shipping policy

At NOVEY, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

During product launches, promotions, sales periods, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NOVEY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@novey.com.au and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@novey.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased on pre-order will display an estimated dispatch date on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
